Researching the history

Dietmar set me on a better course today regarding the history of my D-13. The number stamped on the rollbar is 193409. He tells me that the first two numbers are the SCCA region in which the car was originally registered. Do any of you know what region "19" is?

Region 19 is the California Sports Car Club aka Cal Club.
