Bill Noble goes into the SCCA Hall of Fame
This past weekend Bill was inducted into the SCCA Hall of Fame. It was an emotional moment for those of us in the audience that were privileged to call Bill a friend. In addition to being a 5 time national champion and engine builder for an amazing 25 national championships, Bill was someone who always made time to answer questions and make you feel welcome. He was the best in what SCCA stands for.
