Anyone have a idea about what to use seeing how carbotech is not making them?

Since when?

I have a couple sets stashed away, but I understand that KFP makes something for vee. Try Averill Racing Stuff. They have a VEE pictured on their BRAKES page - that should say something .. ??
Post back here with what you find - I'm sure LOTS of people are interested to hear what they say. A few years ago, a guy came by my pits at the Runoffs and started talking brakes. He was a saleman for Truesports and ASSURED me that they had a competition shoe for FV. It's been quite a while and I think TS is now out of business, but I'm pretty sure he was hawking the KFP compounds.

Keith does sell FV shoes.. I haven't tried them myself but he told me his customers were happy. I have no reason to doubt him!

By the way, last I heard Carbotech was designing a new compound, weren't they?

I think the "official term" is that they are trying to "come up with" a new compound. They use an outside supplier for the material apparently.
