Roger had a low 1:00 for the pole. He slowly drove away from the pack. Scaler and Frederick had a great race for 2nd. 4th was a battle with Impink, Pastore and Grace. Back and forth all race. Elwell was running good early but spun twice.

Thanks for the report. Sounds like Chris is making good progress ( I seem to remember spinning quite a few times in my early years :mrgreen: ).
BTW - I never got the report - what happened to Chris' motor at VIR?? Seemed pretty serious at the time.

A piece of metal got into the oil pump (?) and jammed it. Lost # 4 rod and crank. Dave rebuilt it and HP is off a little but it is running good. He is getting faster all the time.
