A few questions about tires for vintage racing. (Treaded)
1. Has anyone run the new Hoosiers and what opions do you have.
2. Is anyone running anything else other than Dunlops or Hoosiers?
3. What are good and bad points of running radials?
4. Are there any tire sources other than at the track that has better prices?
Thanks

A couple of comments. 1) A couple of us in VSCDA have run the Hoosiers this year and I for one like them. They are every bit equal to the Dunlops and quite a bit cheaper. 2) Only a few have run anything other than the Dunlops or Hoosiers here in the midwest. 3) Radials don't work; they are slow enough to be a safety question, and because they were designed for a much heavier car they are either fully inflated and crowned or underinflated and squirrely. 4) Call SR or the other board advertisers.
