Pre-race Checklist / Torque Specs

As we come down to the wire for the frist time out with my "new to me" car (school 4/24-25 and first race 4/26) I've been trying to go over everything and make sure everything is "up to snuff" but I'm sure I'm going to forget or overlook something.

Does anyone have a comprehensive pre-race checklist they use to make sure they've not missed anything? If so - care to share?

Also, does anyone have a master list with all the various torque specs / recommendation for a Vee?

Check ebaymotors "formula v" for a very good prerace checklist and book. Does not have specific vee torques but, other general things to check.
