** It was a great race with many lead changes, spins and passes into turn one. The final lap showed Al leading Rick who was
making a charge after working his way up through the field and at the checkered flag, Al beat Rick by half a car length.

As I am sure you all noticed; I was having one of those weekends from hell that everyone gets from time to time. Tyres that wouldn’t stay inflated, three steering boxes, a destroyed clutch pressure plate and finally the tie-rod.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who lent both their support and parts and kept me going through the weekend.

Not realizing the full extent of the steering problems, at the end of the Sunday race, I limped round to take the chequered flag, albeit a lap down and thought I got fastest lap earlier in the race too (1:08:9).

Nevertheless, despite all the problems, I really enjoyed the weekend!
