Long or Short box?

Can someone inform me what gearboxes (long or short) are recommended for Roebling Road and Carolina Motorsports Park, respectively? Any input would be appreciated.

Roebling Road, I say short box, haveing just done the double school with a short box I would go with that.

CMP is also a short box (and short tires to boot!).

The debate about Roebling has gone on for a couple decades. Lap times are pretty much the same, but a short box gets you to the FINISH line first!
