Rhode Island Guys?

Is anyone out there in Rhode Island?
Just met a guy in Little Compton who says he bought the FV pictured below after he found it HANGING ON THE WALL as decoration at a shop where he was buying a bus!
He's hoping to get it on the track and, while he has experience with VWs, might need some help getting it going since he's never worked with a Vee before.
