Help. Looking for a specific Caldwell D-13

Hi guys, I am trying to find a specific D-13. Log book number was 11-632. I am sure most everyone here uses multiple boards and has probably seen the thread I started at Apexspeed, but figured it wouldn't hurt to post it up here..

Thanks for looking guys and gals! Car was last seen headed to Wisconsin as a roller in 2000. We thought it may have made its way out west and then been parted to build another car but that appears not to be the case.
