Porsche 911 Ignition

Post by fvkartguy »

I realize this isn't exactly FV-related, but I'm having trouble finding a good 911 forum...
My dad recently inherited a 1975-ish 911s Targa and I was wondering if there would be any problem with me throwing a pertronix electronic ignition in there even though it's a 6-cylinder... I don't see why there would be, but I don't want to break his new toy.

Pelican Parts is a great supplier. I use them a lot.

I have one of these is my 1976 911s, runs well.
