Press release from SCCA today April 1, 2008

SCCA announces to-day that they will drop their pro series, sell enterprises and concentrate on grassroots racing. A spokesman has been quoted as saying "We have finally realized that higher entry fees are causing a loss of enterants in our solos, races & rallies and will getting rid of our money losing activities and will therefore be lowering entry fees."

In a second press release dated April 1st, the SCCA announces, "We realize that our internally created web site is an ugly and totally useless diaster. In order to create a new attractive and functional site, we will be solicting proposals from high school students on facebook.com."
