Has anyone got a PDF of the changes that went into affect last year? I'm not sure what month they were posted in Fastrack back in '07 and I can't seem to find a copy of them anywhere. If so, could you please email them to me at hogfan@peoplepc.com

I just went to the SCCA home page and logged in. I then did a search for the solo rules and found all the information about the Solo Vee spec.'s. I don't know if you can down load them from there, but you can read them.
