Looking for Information on PSR Formula vee

Hi,
Does anyone have any information on the PSR Chassis?
I just purchased one and I'm looking to find out where PSR stamped the Chassis number.
Any idea of when the first one was built?
Any famous drivers?
Who owned/built the PSR?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
