72`D-13 history

Post by tecteacher »

I recently purchased a 1972 Autodynamics D-13 from the Detroit area. I did get the original logbooks from day 1. Car was purchased at Zindars Motors Inc. (maybe someone knows about them). The car has an extensive racing history from all across the country. Riverside, Firebird, Willow Springs, Mid-America, and many more. The car was the class record holder at Road America in 1976. I do have some of the previous owners names - if anyone knows any of these guy`s could you steer them my way? 1st owner - Scott Dennison 1973. Pat Buckley 1975. Tom Tatalovich 1977. Bill Saltenberger 1978. Joe Phillips 78 to 83? I would appreciate any help.

I have quite a few of the entry lists for Mid-America in the 70's. If you give me a date from the log book, I'll try and find the data.
Good luck,

Thanks Mark for the lead on Tom. I was able to speak w/him and learned quite a bit about the car. I really lucked out on this. It has a LOT of racing history . As soon as I can put together a story I`ll share it w/everyone. Thanks Barry, I`ll get w/you on Mid-America.
