Formcar in Rochester, NY ?

I am trying to trace the history of my latest acquisition. Perhaps we have some real old-timers out there from the Northeast.
A pale yellow Formcar Mk I (?) was traded/sold to John Magee's Valley Works shop in Geneseo, NY sometime in the mid-70s. I know the owner since that time but he only knows it came through Valley Works. There are no numbers or names on this cars perfect condition awful yellow body other than the lettering Roch, NY. The body was white gelcoat with one layer of pale yellow.
Anybody know anybody that might remember this car.
