Event: 2012 FV Fall Round-Up
When: October 13 & 14, 2012
Where: Blackhawk Farms Raceway in South Beloit, Illinois 61080

Purpose: The 2012 FV Fall Round-Up is aimed at creating a special FV event in SCCA's Central Division. Ideally, this event would be similar to Veefest, FART FV Invitational, and other FV focused events. The main goals are an enjoyable race weekend and larger than average FV car counts.

Background: The 2012 FV Fall Round-Up will be held as a part of SCCA's Chicago Region Fall Sprints on October 13 & 14 at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. Historically this event has been single regional, but the official schedule is yet to be released. Also, there is normally a Performance Driving Experience (PDX) held during the weekend. This would provide a good opportunity to promote the class. Plus, this event is one of the last opportunities to race in the colder states until next year.

Details: Still underdevelopment and contingent on drivers attending. If all goes as planned there should be a raffle, give-a-ways, a top notch dinner, some compensation for the drivers with the longest tows, and maybe even more...

Currently we have several drivers that are planning on attending the 2012 FV Round-Up.

This event will be a single regional with a qualifying, 3 sprint races, and an eighteen lap points race. Don't wait to register - we will not be charging your credit card until after October 9.
