Last year we had 25 vees. Some were from as far as British Columbia. Even more are expected this year!!
This years event is on September 8th and 9th, 2012 with "VARA's Oktoberfest" at Buttonwillow Raceway.
Two featured races will be the Formula Vee Challenge Race and the all German production car race.
Vintage and Modern vee's are welcome to this event.
4 classes -
FV - True vintage
FV1 - removal of fan, zero roll, can run slicks (A.R. #132), up to 1972
FV2 - same as FV1 but with mono shock 1972 - 1978
FV3 - 1979 - current or any vee non-compliant to VARA rules.
Saturday night BBQ, Podium finish, Raffle prizes and keepsake giveaway.
Two days of great racing with our own run group both days. That's right! Nothing other than Formula Vees.
