With the new body work rule for next year, what is going to be the status of the sheathing now found on many rear control arms and axles?

When sheathing a part of the control arm and not body work? Is there a litmus test?

If it moves independent of the chassis, it cannot be called bodywork. thus, unless you have some kind of other interpretation, it would not be legal.
