John, Thanks. Hopefully someone else will benifit from the process.

I finished the beam tonight, just have to disassemble to lubricate and then reassemble. I had to drill the spring for the new height adjusters since I used two. I also had to drill the sway bar as the side held by the grub screw had a very tiny divot and the other side with the end play adjustment had nothing for the grub screw at all. Per Jim at SR I wanted a divot for the adjustment side just in case the adjustment screw should pull out. It will not get tightened down, just there for to keep the arm from pulling off :shock:

A tip for anyone that needs to drill the spring steel, I used a 3/8 carbide concrete bit. Cheap for carbide and just about the right size. It worked perfectly.
