BEAD SEAT HELP

I started today to put a bead seat in my car. Can anyone tell me how to get the beads to stay in position on the back of the seat which is close to verticle while test fitting. I didn't get in the car but am trying to see how much extra beads I might have.

Use a shop vac and suck the air out of the bag. This will create a tightness and friction in the beads and hold them in place.
