Re: Single brake reservoir to duals on a Protoform P2
Mark - I was thinking the compact ones right on top of the cylinder.
Brian - a single cylinder is great until you lose a brake line. My braking typically is fine with the current set-up. My question is only from a safety stand point.

Single brake reservoir to duals on a Protoform P2
I currently have a single brake reservoir on my Protoform P2. Has anyone converted their P2 to dual reservoirs? Is there enough room/clearance?
I would look, but the car is apart and the frame is at paint.
Thanks,
Craig

Get gauges for the set up then add 1 brake sensor to get your data later. Saves $80 and saves a channel on the dash

Brake pressure
Looking at brake bias gauges - some top out at 1000 and some at 1500 psi. To buy the right one I need to know, what do our cars put out for peak pressure?
Or am I better off going all Spinal Tap and getting the one that goes to 2000 psi so I will have better braking?

Re: Enclosed Haulmark Trailer
Picked out a new trailer on Saturday - flexible on price with this one to get it moved. I will repaint the floor and walls before its sold though so the buyer will be able to hook it up, load their car and race. The paint on the ramp didn't stick to where the previous owner had tiles laid down - I w...

She and I have been through this before on the other arm, biceps tendon, labrum, cuff, bone spurs, etc... She knows the drill. Ever try drying off one handed after a shower? Re: Enclosed Haulmark Trailer
I will get some pictures up this weekend. It has the body and toolbox in it, so I need to clean it out. Unfortunately, I ruptured my biceps tendon on Monday at a hockey game. Therefore I need my wife to help move everything.

"Cam 2" is the generic name used for Sunoco Race Fuels. You can expect the same consistent high quality performance from Cam 2 Racing Gasoline that you get from Sunoco Race Fuels because the names are interchangeable. It is the same product, made in the same facility by the same people. We...

drum to drum tranny and engine storage rack
I have a spare drum to drum set up and a spare engine that I would like to take along with me in the trailer next year. They are separate. I am sure someone has built cradles to hold their spares. I am looking for something not on wheels. Anyone have plans that I can copy? Shoot while we are at it, ...

Re: Greying of the class
Circle track is a whole different league of $ for entry level racing. One of my crew guys races a roadrunner car at the local circle track - 4 cylinder mostly FWD, loose rules but with a claim rule. It's $35 to enter and prize money for the top 10 in fields of 20 or so. For what we pay for an engine...
