RUN THE PAPER FILTER! You will be much better off. After pulling your pump off, you can inspect the outer edges of the gears, and the pump housing where those outer edges of the gears run. If you see scoring, then you are losing pressure around the tips of the pump gears. If they are both smooth, yo...

Even if the oil circuit plumbing comes out of your engine, through a filter, into your engine, back out of your engine, through a cooler, and then into your engine again, it is still a series circuit. A parallel filter, cooler circuit is a recipe for disaster. That would mean some percentage of oil ...

AutoD's Mk I-III had similar body styles.
The Mk IV was a new body style. The MkV Is the same body style as the IV but made for larger framed drivers. One in particular. ;-)
