Wait... are you selling a SET (four pieces) for $25?!
If that's the case, I'll take it and I'm disappointed I didn't buy more than one set...

For those of you with a website, what service did you use? GoDaddy? And how much space did you end up using? Is 10GB enough?
I've been playing around with iweb and now have a pretty decent site that I'd like to get on the interwebbings, but not sure how.
Any input would be appreciated!

WTB: Dzus Fasteners
I'm doing some body repair and replacing lost fasteners, so I'm looking for a collection of flat dzus fasteners of various lengths.
Anyone have some extra ones they're wanting to get rid of?

Thank you everyone for all the great advice.
I finally got them in and I'll be posting pictures of the FST (if I can call it that yet) soon.
Thanks again!

Re: Caracal C package
Here are some photos of the car... I have to say, this Caracal is selling for less than I paid for mine and this one has better equipment, is better sorted, and comes with more spares than mine did. Sounds like a great deal to me. Just my $0.02 http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x120/fvkartguy/For%2...

Ride Height Adjuster Problems!!!
I know it's not easy to get the springs through the adjuster, but I've been working on just getting the springs in for two days straight with absolutely nothing to show for it... Starting to get frustrated. I've tried using grease to make the springs stick together, putting them in in sections, one ...

Re: Formula One US Grand Prix?
Why build a facility???? STREET COURSE! The greatest Grand Prix race in the world is Monaco (my opinion of course  ) its an amazing street course. I’ve only been to the race once, it was incredible. The U.S. already has street courses that would already make great locations for a U.S grand Pri...

Re: codes stamped on transaxle
Those are essentially serial numbers and may not tell you much. There is a process that can be used by counting the rotations of the input shaft and relating that count to the rotations of the axle. Let me know and it can be posted on the site. That sounds reasonable. I'm betting I could do it myse...

Re: codes stamped on transaxle
Related to this... Is there a way to translate the code stamped on a stock transaxle? There are actually two, so I'm not even sure which tells me what I have. I've been scouring the internet for some list of codes, but have only found threads on other sites for the letter(s) that appears on some tra...

Re: engine size
If you have an angle finder or protractor you could move the rod from one side of the cylinder wall to the other and, with the length of the rod, do some geometry to get a rough estimate... *edit* actually, come to think of it, you really don't even need the angle... just measure the rod in the cent...

Re: opening old case
Already tried the PB Blaster and Liquid Wrench AND the 2x4 (well... piece of wood anyway). I'm trying to save the cylinder, but all of them are stuck to the case pretty well. I had some success pry the other side and will try the wax idea. The repair manual wasn't too helpful for this... it says onc...

I'm taking apart a really old 1600cc engine that was left in the rain for a while.
I think one of the cylinders has rusted and I cannot get the case apart far enough to unbolt any of the rods from the crankshaft.
Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if these are any better than the "hockey sticks" most of us use?
I've also seen the replacement tail housings for mid-engine vw transaxles, but I'm assuming those are illegal in FV... not to mention ridiculously expensive.

Now my question would be, why have I never seen a drag bug with the 4-2-1 exhaust? I've talked to a drag racer before and he just had the 4to1 collector because everyone else did and no one bought the whole broadening the curve thing... Is it that they're working with a much smaller rpm range or som...

Re: Formula One US Grand Prix?
It's supposed to be out near the airport, so I don't think the noise would be too much of a problem. There used to be a great kart track out there, but they decided kart racing needed to be ridiculously expensive and folded. There's actually another track out that direction (http://www.drivewayausti...
