Well I picked the car up. Still no clue who made it. Has a VW engine. Might be auto. It was a Shriners car. Garaged for the last 23 years. Has halibrand wheels and spinners. Tube frame. No idea what to do with it. Cleaned up pretty good. Came with nice trailer.

So were these just one off customs? I can't find anything on them.
