Re: Noble complete carb to clutch

$100 price drop. I will take $3000 for it. I'm giving it away at this price. Let's free up the space in my garage.

Nope, don't like to share track with SRF class cars. You need to get those out of the open wheel class.

Nelson in June

Just wondering who is going to line up with me at the double regional at Nelson Ledges June 12-13? I will be there, how about you? I have never been to the track. Would like to hook up with a local that I can follow for a lap to see where the preffered FV race line is. Matthew Durkee FV #31 http://w...

Re: Head and neck restraints req'd 1/2012

This will cause my Caracla C and I to have some issues. I fit so tight in that car that I consider the chassis to be my Hans device. The back of my head rests against the helmet pad on the firewall and the chin spoiler on my helmet touches my chest. I have no room for a restraint device.

Re: SRF vs VEE

My one and only car to car collision was with a SRF. Anyone who thinks they belong in the same race group as a FV or FST needs their head examined. Those cars sit up so high you can practicaly run under them. Here in GreatLakes division our stuarts for the most part have enough sence not to put them...

Since my PM to you just sits in my out-box refusing to send I will just ask here. I have $375 in my race budget I can spare for an intake. Would that work?

Re: Battery type question

Braile batteries work nice. I had the battery in my FV die, I pulled the braile battery out of my Lotus Elise and it worked great. Heck it was the same dimentions as the motorcycle battery I had in the FV and it even weighed less. They are gel so you can mount them anyway you like anf have good cran...

I have one corner on my car that does not have the "tab" to the adjuster screw. I have not found that this corner comes out of adjustment any more or less than any other corner. I would not worry about it.

Some chassis differ on what pressure they prefer. However 20lbs rear and 19lbs front might be a good starting point.

Re: Dopey Battery Question

Not really that dopey a question. The old bugs were 6 volt cars and we still use the 6 volt starters. However we do use a 12 volt battery. That might be why I have cooked a starter or two.

Thanks I purhaced a trailer from a forum member that saw my request. 16ft Haulmark. Thanks for all your ...
